Impressive Edwardian era carved oak overmantle mirror or pier glass c.1910. 68 tall, big enough to use as a dressing mirror in a bedroom or dress shop perhaps. 34 x 60 mirror plate within a moulded oak frame topped with a tall pierced frieze featuring a fruit carved in high relief against a scrolling cartouch and acanthus leaves. The decoration continues down the sides of the frame. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
