Dating from 1880, the Gilt frame is in superb condition being water-gilded to the very highest of standards using 23 carat genuine gold leaf.
Original mirror plate with some very minor foxing at the extreme top edge of plate, small chip at the extreme base of the plate, nothing that would warrant changing the plate.
Wonderful cartouche crest detail.
