Material: Oak
Data: 1930s,1930s Antiques
A handsome 1930s oak framed tailors outfitters shop mirror surviving in great order with a really good weight, scale and a good look to the frame.
We were fortunate to grab this alongside another of the same design which is wider. We like shop mirrors to have height and this one wades in at 6 foot tall or 183.5cm in new money and has not been messed around with, just sensible historic wear.
As mentioned, the oak frame has sensible wear, nothing nasty, the original mirror has light foxing, no cracks or missing pieces and the back is original. As you would expect – of decent weight and ready to place.
Size matters with shop mirrors and this one is a very nice example in oak C1930. We do have another of the same design which is wider if you wish to bag a pair.
Dimensions – Overall: Height 183.5cm x Width 62cm x Depth 2.5cm
