This is a very attractive late 19th / early 20th century overmantel mirror with an elegant design and great detail. The mirror has a central ribboned crest above the compartmentalised frame which is ornately enhanced with delightful trailing floral garlands. The highly ornate gessoed detail is for the most part all intact with its original gilt finish. The mirror glass to each compartment is the original good quality bevelled plate in super order.
The mirror measures 84 cms high by 102 cms wide.
