A magnificent and very large original Art Deco period free standing mirror in walnut. This was made in France, it dates from the 1920-30s.

A rare and very impressive piece, this is extremely well made and of very high quality. The bevelled glass is set in a huge oval walnut frame that slots into the weighted base. The base is also walnut and is beautifully designed.

The condition is excellent for its age, we have had the wood stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The mirror is also is great condition, with only some extremely minor wear to the silvered backing at the top of the mirror. The base is polished on all sides, and the back of the mirror is finished in plywood.
